WOW Analytics provides options for integration with a number of the leading CRM solutions including Salesforce.

Following integration with your CRM there's an option inside the WOW Analytics platform to write leads back. The company details and visit history will then be available inside the CRM as part of the Lead record.

WOW Salesforce CRM integration

WOW Salesforce CRM integration allows you to feed real time data about the companies visiting your website straight into your database. This will supply a constant stream of ‘warm’ sales opportunities each time a new visitor browses your website.

Once a Company is identified on your website by WOW Analytics, Salesforce CRM users are now able, at the press of a button, to identify if this is a prospect they are already talking to. If the CRM lookup returns no current matching records then a brand new Lead is automatically created in Salesforce CRM, ready to be contacted by the appropriate sales personnel. From this point forward the website activity of that lead is visible immediately from within Salesforce CRM, with the additional benefit of putting Leads in sales pipeline on “Watch”. With a Company placed on Watch, WOW Analytics will automatically notify the assigned sales personnel (by email) of any subsequent website visits.
